Seaford has a new police chief.
Marshall Craft was sworn in yesterday morning.
WBOC reports that he said he would like to improve the relationship between law enforcement and the community.
Craft has lived in the city for the last 24 years.
He is replacing Robert Kracyla.
Kracyla moved on to head up the Middletown Police Department after less than a year in office.
