The Seaford City Council recently tabled a measure that would have required the remains from abortion to be either buried or cremated. The legislation comes just as Planned Parenthood is opening a facility. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Mike Brickner, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware, which sent a letter to the city council expressing legal concerns about the measure.
