Planned Giving

Create a legacy that keeps public media strong on Delmarva

Your support of Delmarva Public Media can extend far beyond today. A planned gift is a powerful way to ensure that trusted news, music, and storytelling continue to serve our region for generations to come—while also aligning with your personal and financial goals.

Planned giving is flexible, meaningful, and often easier than people expect.

A Gift in Your Will or Estate Plan

One of the simplest ways to leave a legacy is by including Delmarva Public Media in your will or trust. You may choose to give:

  • A specific dollar amount
  • A percentage of your estate
  • The remainder of your estate after other commitments

To help us understand your wishes, you may complete this optional document:
Confidential Statement of Bequest Provision (pdf).

You can find suggested language for your attorney here:
Sample Provisions for Testamentary Gifts to Salisbury University Foundation, Inc. (pdf).

Giving Stock, Investments, or Other Assets

You may also support Delmarva Public Media by naming the Salisbury University Foundation, Inc. as the beneficiary of:

  • Stock or investment accounts
  • Retirement accounts
  • Life insurance policies
