Seaford Mural to Celebrate Local Hispanic Community

Seaford will soon have a new mural celebrating the Hispanic community in the area. The artist Gilberto Rodriguez, a house painter by day, is no stranger to the local art world with his portraits and landscapes. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with him about his latest endeavor.
