Descendant Tarence Baily on Significance of Frederick Douglass Mural

Historical Photo

A large mural of Frederick Douglass is set to be put up in September in the Hill Community of Easton. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Tarence Bailey, the 5-time great-nephew of the abolitionist about Douglass, the mural and these racially charged times.

Don Rush is the News Director and Senior Producer of News and Public Affairs at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
