Some 25-hundred Comcast customers were hit with an outage in the Salisbury area yesterday.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the Wicomico County Sheriff’s office said that a car crash disabled cable and phone lines on Naylor Mill Road.

Work crews from Comcast and Verizon were sent out to make repairs with service restored for most customers around 10 p.m. last night.

The paper reports that flights at the Salisbury-Ocean City: Wicomico Regional Airport also delayed flights during the outage.
