Water Shutoffs in Time of Coronavirus (Part 1)

With the economic downturn from the coronavirus pandemic, many Marylanders are struggling t0 pay their utility bills. Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has not renewed the moratorium on water shutoffs, and a Public Service Commission moratorium does not cover municipalities. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Rianna Eckel, organizer for Food and Water Action says this has left many in the state without protection. (part 1)
