Josiah Wolcott has quit last night as president of the board for the Odyssey Charter School.
The Wilmington News Journal reports that the move comes after a state investigation over two recorded jokes targeting Hispanic students and whether employing an African American would be a token hire.
Wolcott the second to leave the board.
Michael Klezaras quit last week after jokes were make about President Trump’s campaign to build a wall along the U.S. Mexico border.
State education officials began to look at Odyssey after getting community complaints about the board member comments.
