There have been two back to back fires at abandoned houses in Pocomoke City.

The WBOC reports that one occurred on Sunday night on Bonneville Avenue in a two story structure.

The second occurred on Monday morning on Gray Street only blocks away.

Fire Marshal Jeff McMahon told the television station that the cause of the blazes is not yet known nor has it been determined that they are related.

There were no reported injuries from the fires and the amount of damage to the homes has yet to be determined.
