Two suspicious packages addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden showed up at Delaware post offices yesterday as the nation reels from a series of mail bombs sent to prominent Democrats – including two former presidents.

One was found in New Castle and another in Wilmington.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that police also did a sweep of Biden’s Greenville home but nothing was found.

The paper reports that Senator Tom Carper’s office was working with law enforcement to ensure the safety of the senator and the staff.

Delaware Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester’s office said it has been briefed on what to look for when receiving any packages.
