SU Professor: Biden Addresses a Changing Europe

The election of President Joe Biden was greeted with relief by European allies. However, much has changed over the last four years with an alliance shaken by the Trump administration and a changing global landscape. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Todd Becker, a former U.S. foreign service officer who is now an adjunct professor at Salisbury University. In segment one we talked about the president's address to the Munich Security Conference  in which Biden called this moment in time an "inflection point".
