A Princess Anne Town Commissioner is in jail again.
Commissioner Lionel Frederick is being held without bond after being picked up for a bench warrant.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the arrest was connected to a charges in August of second-degree assault and false imprisonment among others for a domestic dispute.

The paper reports that he had been released on the condition that he stay away from the victim.

Last Thursday that bond was revoked.

Frederick is now running as a Democrat for the position of clerk for the Somerset County Circuit Court.
