all free download

There were two bomb threats made yesterday – one to a Walmart store and another to Georgetown Elementary School yesterday.

WBOC reports that Georgetown Police say someone called Walmart in the early afternoon and reported holding hostages inside the story as well as having a bomb.

Authorities swept the building and found no explosive device.

The television station reports that around 15 minutes later the Georgetown Elementary School got a similar threat.

Again authorities searched the grounds but found no bomb.

Police also went to North Georgetown Elementary School and Howard T. Ennis School as a precaution.

The investigation is still ongoing.
