SPCA to Remove Crematory Incenerator from Georgetown Location

Brandywine Valley SPCA

The Brandywine Valley SPCA will be taking out its crematory incinerator from the Georgetown site next week.

WBOC reports that the organization decided to decommission the device to remodel the space for a community center.

The decision comes after the Brandywine Valley SPCA established a new chapter resulting in no need for the incinerator.

The community center will house educational programs like the week long Critter Camp.
