Salisbury Marina Could See a New Development

Don Rush

The Port of Salisbury could be getting a new look.

The Salisbury City Council okayed the development of two pieces of property for commercial and residential use.

The vacant lots are wedged between a city park and a residential complex and encompasses around 15-thousand square feet.

WBOC reports that it would include retail along with apartments, a boat house and an outdoor recreation area.

Completion is expected over the next three years.
