CUMBERLAND, Md. (AP) - A Maryland State Police helicopter crew helped rescue a man who fell 200 feet from a cliff in western Maryland.
The Cumberland Times-News reports that crew members hoisted the 19-year-old into the helicopter Tuesday evening near Wiley Ford, West Virginia, across the Potomac River from Cumberland.
He was flown to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center in Cumberland for treatment.
The teen's condition wasn't immediately available Thursday. Police haven't released his name.
