There will be a flash flood watch for northern Delaware starting at noon today and running through tomorrow evening.
This includes New Castle County as well as Cecil County in Maryland.
The cold front moving in from the northwest could bring heavy rainfall of up to 1 to 3 inches.
Showers and thunderstorms were expected to to bring some gusty winds.
