High School Recruits to Blue Hens Remain Committed

udel.edu

Thirteen high school students recruited before Dave Brock was hired as the football coach for the Blue Hens on January 18 reaffirmed their commitments to play for the team.

The players had accepted scholarship offers before the firing of K-C Keeler on January 7th.

Since taking on the job Brock has traveled throughout the East to meet recruits in person and said he was not surprised at Delaware’s strong appeal.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the 2013 recruiting class features quarterback Kyle Yocum a four-year starter at Exeter Township High in Reading, Pennsylvania.

The group also includes three defensive backs three offensive linemen as well as a running back and wide receiver among others.
