Meanwhile, Republicans will choose their nominee for Delaware’s lone congressional seat.
There are 20 primaries in 18 of the 62 House and Senate seats in the state legislature.
The race for Mayor of Wilmington and executive of New Castle County will probably be chosen with because a huge advantage in voter registration for Democrats.
Experts say the turnout should be high in Wilmington with contests for 11 of the 13 council seats.
