The renovations at Snow Hill High School got a big boost from the Worcester County Commissioners this month.
They approved $225-thousand for the Board of Education that would allow the school to double in size to about 124-thousand square feet.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that $165-thousand will be used by the Becker Morgan architect group to update the construction documents.
The final $90-thousand will pay for construction management pre-construction services early next year.
Renovation range from updated classrooms and a new media center to computer labs and a new athletic complex.
