The St. Michaels Farmers Market (SMFM) is an independent, non-profit, producer-only farmers market, located in the waterfront town of St. Michaels on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
On Saturday mornings from April through November, we seek to support local farmers, foster community, and provide access to fresh food in Talbot County.

Women Supporting Women's 24th Annual Walk for Awareness.
The walk will be held on Saturday October 11, 2025.
This year's walk will be held again inside of The Centre at Salisbury mall. So, you won't have to worry about the weather outside and have a smooth walk. Participants will do two loops around the mall.
Registration online or pick up packet at the office now.
Registration on the day of begins at 9:30am and the walk will begin at 10:45am. Vendors will be set up throughout the walking route and can be visited before the walk begins, during or after the walk.
We will be doing T-shirts this year. All participants will need to register and pay to receive a T-shirt. Children 5 and under will only receive a shirt if a registration fee is paid. Only 1 T-shirt per each registration fee paid.
To be guaranteed a T-shirt registration and payment must be received by Wednesday September 17, 2025, by 12:00pm.
NO EXCEPTIONS Any registrations after that date will not receive a T-shirt.

The CommUNITY Fall Fest takes place Saturday, October 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., beginning right after the 10K/5K Run-Walk for Mental Health at 8:00 a.m. Non-profits from across the region will gather on the OCC lawn to cheer on the runners and showcase ways to get involved locally.
Visitors can enjoy a full lineup of festivities, including:
Adding to the fun, the Oxford Garden Club will host pumpkin painting, and the festival will debut its 1st Annual Scarecrow Contest. Residents and businesses are invited to create and display their scarecrows around Oxford, with a chance to win a gift certificate from Doc’s Sunset Grille. A community map of scarecrow locations will be available at oxfordcc.org starting October 1.
