The St. Michaels Farmers Market (SMFM) is an independent, non-profit, producer-only farmers market, located in the waterfront town of St. Michaels on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
On Saturday mornings from April through November, we seek to support local farmers, foster community, and provide access to fresh food in Talbot County.

To celebrate First State Heritage Park’s 20th anniversary, 18th Century Market Fair is now the Delaware Heritage Festival!
During this FREE event, walk the same grounds as 18th century markets, suffragists, military mustering and freedom fighters as you interact with and witness performances by talented groups representing Delaware’s history from pre-history to today! From 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on the historic Dover Green, enjoy returning fan favorite performers from our 18th century Market Fair, delicious food, local vendors selling handmade goods, and new groups that are sure to be fun for everyone from the passionate historian to the family looking to get a start on their holiday shopping.

Performing together since 1996, Valtchev and Tchekoratova were first presented to the public at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in concert, entitled Musical Treasures from Bulgaria under the sponsorship of the Cyril and Methodius International Foundation. Ever since, the artists have appeared together in recitals and chamber music collaborations throughout the United States and Europe to critical acclaim.
The duo appears regularly at Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall, NYC 92 Street Y, the Kennedy Center, and many international chamber festivals including Sofia Music Weeks and Apolonia in Bulgaria, Baståd Chamber Music Festival in Sweden, the Deerfield Memorial Hall Summer Concerts and the Kneisel Hall Chamber Music Festival in Blue Hill, Maine.

The 70 voice Chorus of Dorchester is looking for new and returning vocalists for their 50th year of rehearsals and community concerts.
No fees or auditions are necessary, and singers of all ages are encouraged to join and will be welcomed by all. The ability to read music is highly recommended but not required. The voicing is soprano, alto, tenor and bass. The theme will be sacred and secular

NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication, problem solving, treatment and recovery.

WSW's Holiday Bingo will be held at the Willards Lions Club on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Doors will open at 4:30 PM, and games will begin at 6:00.
Prizes will include cash games, trips, and extravagant holiday themed baskets. Other activities include a refreshment sale, 50/50 raffle, and two special games. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted and no outside food is allowed.
Advance tickets $35.00
If available, tickets on November 6th until 10:00am may be purchased for $40 by calling WSW. If we are not sold out, tickets may be available at the door for $40.
