Congressional Push to Promote Catfish as Pet Food

The House of Representatives has just approved a funding measure that would provide $2 million in grants each year to subsidize the harvesting of blue catfish as pet and animal food. In our weekly series with the Bay Journal Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with associate editor and senior writer Tim Wheeler about the new push that is aimed at curbing the invasive species.
