Could Redistricting Unseat Andy Harris?

official photo

Incumbent Republican Congressman Andy Harris faces a new district next year inwhich Joe Biden would have been the slight favorite. After Democrats overrode Republican Governor Larry Hogan's veto, the GOP leader asked the Biden administration to include his party's case against Democrats in its legal challenge of Texas Republican gerrymandering that could be heard by the Supreme Court.  Meanwhile, the leading Democratic candidate Heather Mizeur believes she has a shot to unseat Harris. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Len Lazarick, founding editor of marylandreporter.com, about the GOP's legal prospects and Mizeur's chances to take back the seat.
