The Wicomico County Council is set to consider HORIZON tax abatement plan aimed at spurring development in downtown Salisbury. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Mike Dunn, President & CEO the Greater Salisbury Committee, about his organization's backing of the proposal.
