Former Senator and Congressman Paul Sarbanes has died at the age of 87. He spent 30 years on Capitol Hill but as a Salisbury native he never forgot his boyhood roots. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Mike Dunn, President & CEO of the Greater Salisbury Committee and former Salisbury City Council President, about that relationship.
