On Saturday Joe Biden was projected to win the presidency over President Trump. That night, he and his running mate Kamala Harris took to the stage to declare their victory while the president launched a number of lawsuits. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Salisbury University political science professor Michael O'Loughlin about the Biden's apparent victory. (Part 1)
