Energy Efficiency Report: D.C. & Baltimore (Part 1)

A new report found that 20 cities out of a hundred are now on track to achieve their energy efficiency goals. That's according to a new report by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy. In our region, Washington D.C. is on track but Baltimore still has a ways to go. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with David Ribeiro, director of Local Policy and author of the report about the impact of energy efficiency. (Part 1)
