Maryland Sees Good Numbers for Energy Efficiency

Maryland has been ranked as the best improving state state when it comes to energy efficiency. The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy rated the state seventh in the country for its efforts. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush spoke with Weston Berg research analyst with the council.
