The Sussex County Council has put of a vote on proposed apartment building in Ocean View.
Located on Muddy Road northwest of Parker House the plans were approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
A two bedroom apartment would start at $950 a month.
But WBOC reports that neighbors expressed concern over the traffic generated by the 45 unit apartment complex.
Delaware Department of Transportation conducted a study but found there would be no significant impact on traffic.
Gulfstream Development hopes to begin construction by 2021.
