Another James M. Bennet High School facing charges in the wake of a sexual misconduct scandal involving students.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that former Vice Principal Kimandi Binns has been charged with interfering with a report of suspected abuse.

He has been placed on administrative leave along with former Principal Amy Eskridge.

All of this follows the arrest of school guidance counselor Allen Mitchell who pleaded guilty in October to sexual abuse of a minor and making child pornography among other charges.

The Daily Times reports that court documents claim that Binns was involved in a conspiracy with the principal.

Meanwhile, Eskridge has been indicted on interfering with the report of suspected abuse.
