There were 328-thousand visitors to the Delaware State Fair this year.
That sets a record with attendance up by 12 percent from last year despite the heat.
WBOC reports that closing day record was also set at 54-thousand.
The next state fair is scheduled for July 23 through August 1st of 2020.
