Governor Larry Hogan in New Hampshire

official photo

Governor Larry Hogan is making a trip to the state with the first primary of the presidential season.

He’s making an appearance today at a “Politics and Eggs” event in New Hampshire.

So far, the Maryland Republican has ruled out a challenge to President Donald Trump.

But the Salisbury Daily Times reports that Neil Levesque, executive director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College, which hosts the event said that Hogan coming to the Granite State is of great interest for those who follow politics.

Hogan has been a longtime critic of the president even during the 2016 campaign.

The only Republican to challenge the president so far has been former governor William Weld.
