Bobby Collins is out as the basketball coach at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

He led the Hawks during four seasons but his contract was not renewed.

The Salisbury Daily times reports that Collins immediately saw success when he took over the team in 2014.

He finishes his time at the school with a 49-to-82 overall record.

In 2018 injuries forced Collins to have underclassmen lead the squad.

The paper reports that Jeff Goodman from ESPN was the first to report the news.

There is no word yet from the university on who will replace Collins.
