FELTON, Del. (AP) - State police are investigating a school bus crash that sent 11 students to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say the crash happened about 2:30 p.m. Thursday outside Lake Forest High School.

Police say the bus driver, a 75-year old Harrington man, failed to come to a complete stop as he was pulling out of the school parking lot and pulled into the path of a Jeep Wrangler being driven by an 18-year-old Lake Forest High School student.

The student was treated for her non-life-threatening injuries.

The bus driver was uninjured.

The 31 students on the bus were evaluated at the scene, and 10 of them were taken to area hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
