There will be an active shooter exercise today at the Dover Air Force Base.
So officials say that those near the base should expect to see a large number of police, firefighters and emergency personnel.
The told WBOC that this could cause some traffic congestion including delays at the entrance to the base.
There will also be some unusual sounds coming from the base including alarms.
