Rehoboth Beach Police Chief Involved in Car Accident

Rehoboth Beach Police Chief Keith Banks was involved a car accident with his Ford Taurus on February 13th when he was hit by a Jeep Patriot going northbound on Coastal Highway.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the Jeep came to a stop and turned left onto Miller Road when it hit the passenger side of the chief’s car.

No one was reported injured and all passengers were wearing seatbelts.

No charges have been filed.
