Twilley Center Auctioned for $11.4 Million

The Twilley Center in Salisbury has been sold for $11.4 million.

The winning bid at the December 3rd came during an online auction.

The center located on Mt. Hermon Road includes Lombardi’s Pizza as well as stores such as Hancock Fabrics and Dollar General.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that it is not clear who the winner of the bidding that started at $3.5 million was.

The paper reports that Rinnier Development Company which was involved in the sale…declined to say.
