Perdue AgriBusiness to Move Offices to Delmar

Perdue Logo

Perdue AgriBusiness is moving its offices out of Salisbury with the purchase of property in Delmar, Delaware.

The new building will replace the 45 year old facility at the complex now located on Zion Church Road.

An agreement has been signed with architects George, Miles and Buhr LLC to come up with a design for a structure that will covered some 17-acres on Route 13 just north of Delmar.

Dick Willey, president of Perdue AgriBusiness, said that the Delmar facility will be centrally located and would minimize the impact on current employees.

The company says around 200 current and future executive and support positions will be located at the Delmar facility.

Perdue says that all of other operations like soy processing, edible oil refining and grain operations will stay at the Zion Church Road location.
