Del. Carl Anderton on Police Union Efforts for Delmar

After the tragic death of Cpl. Keith Heacook efforts are now underway to get a measure through the Delaware legislature that would allow for the right of police to form a union in Delmar. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Delegate Carl Anderton (R-MD), a former Mayor of Delmar, about the efforts and the death of Heacook who died after responding alone to an incident.
