Potential Medical Marijuana Growing Explodes on Mid-Shore

creative commons

The potential for medical marijuana growing on the Mid-Shore is exploding.

In the town of Hurlock officials are looking at a propose site that would be located in an old shrimp farm in its industrial park.

Meanwhile, an Easton site would be located in an old Black and Decker building.

And, Federalsburg is also seeking to nab one of the facilities with a new building altogether.

WBOC reports there are some people who are still scared of the idea of marijuana growing in their area.

But the television station reports that many communities are looking into picking up one of the facilities.
