Twenty-six year old Kyle Brittingham has been killed in an accident that sent his vehicle into the median on Route 113 between Pocomoke City and Snow Hill.

It occurred around 8:43 a.m. and it is not know why his 2006 Jeep Wrangler traveled onto the southbound shoulder before it overturned.

Brittingham was not wearing a seatbelt and he was reportedly ejected from the vehicle.

Police said that alcohol was believed to be related to the crash.

He was pronounced dead at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
