Rollback Electrical Use this Afternoon

all-free-download.com

The Delaware Electric Cooperative and the Choptank Electric Cooperative are asking their members to once again lower their energy use from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. this afternoon.

Energy use is expected to peak at that time bringing premium prices of can be up to $1 a kilowatt-hour.

It is suggested that members turnoff all unnecessary lights and appliances as well as delay any major use of appliances.

In addition, raising the thermostat a few degrees is recommended.
