It has signed an agreement with Constellation that provides doubling the size of the 23 acre facility.

The Co-op is committed to buy the clean energy from the facility for the next 25 years.

The expansion is expected to add power for an additional 400 homes allowing the facility to produce electricity for nearly 1-thousand homes.

Just over 5 million kilowatt hours should be generated in the first year.
