Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputy John Brune died yesterday of a heart attack at his home.
Captain Babe Wilson said that Brune had recently undergone a medical procedure.
Brune arrived at the Sheriff’s office after retiring from the Baltimore Police Department.
Deputy 1st Class Sam Workman told the Salisbury Daily Times that Brune lived and breathed law enforcement.
He was 54 years old.
