A Gallup survey found that Delaware is number three among states with the best rates of getting uninsured people health coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

But state official believe the gap may be wider than the survey indicates.

The report found that the state had a 7.2 percent decline for those with no health insurance coverage.

That’s behind Arkansas with 10.1% and Kentucky with 8.5%.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that all the leaders expanded eligibility for Medicaid and implemented their own exchanges.
