Last Call Could Get Later in Delaware

creative commons

You might be able to order a drink a bit later in the state of Delaware.

Legislation is pending that would extend last call from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Small venues would pay $1-thousand to sell after alcohol for that hour while larger places would pay $5-thousand.

The legislation is now in the House Economic Development Committee.
