There’s a flood advisory for New Castle County.

It’s the result of a storm that has hit northern Delaware with ice and freezing rain.

Dozens of roads have been closed as the result of downed trees and wires.

There have been numerous power outages with Delmarva Power reporting some 14,-thousand customers without electricity.

Around 69-hundred are located in New Castle County.

The rest are in Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland.

Meanwhile, the National Weather Service is forecasting another storm – perhaps the worst this winter.

It’s a combination of two storms – one coming from the Midwest and another up from the Southeast.
