NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Colonial School District is warning parents about a man possibly trying to lure a child who was waiting for a school bus.

School district officials say a 10-year-old New Castle Elementary School student was allegedly approached by a stranger Wednesday while he was waiting for the bus. The man asked if the boy was lost or needed a ride.

It happened at Hunn and Bassette avenues in Wilmington Manor. The boy ran to a neighbor's house and reported the incident.

The man is described as heavy-set with a dragon tattoo on his wrist and a wedding band tattooed on his finger. He was reportedly driving a black Silverado with a dent in the tailgate.
