Explosives Training in Dover

freeclipartnow.com

DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are hosting an explosives training demonstration for officers at the Delaware State Fire School in Dover.

The department's Explosive Ordinance Disposal Team and the Baltimore office of the FBI will conduct the explosives training on Saturday. The demonstrations will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. but are not open to the public.

Police are warning that nearby residents may hear occasional loud pops and bangs from the explosives training. The department says the training is for first responders and does not pose any danger for the public.
